Search engine optimisation is an ongoing process and can take anywhere from 6 months upwards to achieve a position on page 1 of google depending on the keywords and competition for the keywords selected. Single word search terms with high levels of competition (e.g. 'Cars') will take much longer than multi-word search terms with less competition (e.g. 'used cars oxford', 'electricians in swindon') which may be effective within 3-6 months.
To see how much competition you have simply enter your desired search terms into google and see how many results it provides. The examples below show three search terms with high competition at the top and with the last image showing a keyword search which produced a lower level of results.
Our pricing structure reflects the nature of the work and therefore all projects start with a recommended minimum term of 3 months.
