About our terms and conditions
Full details of our payment terms and conditions can be provided on application.
SEO Work
Before commencing any SEO work we will agree a proposal of goals for your website.
A payment deposit of 20% of the proposal is due before any SEO work will commence. We will then issue an invoice for the remainder at the end of each month.
Any website scripts, html design or other creative work designed by us remains our property and may not be used, copied or distributed to third parties withouth our written consent.
Whilst every endeavor will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, Site SEO cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it.
Payments
A deposit, where requested, will be due before any work is started. The deposit is non-refundable and is usually 20% of the value of the first months work.
All payments are due within 30 days of an invoice being provided by us.
In the event of any third-party charges being accrued through returned or stopped cheques, or other charges levied against payment on the account, the customer accepts full liability for the costs involved.
In the event of late payment the Client shall pay interest on the amount of the Charges outstanding at the rate of 7% above the base lending rate from time to time of National Westminster Bank plc.
If a late payment remains due then we reserve the right to suspend any hosting and other services until such payments have been made in full. Suspended accounts require payment of a £65 reconnection fee in addition to any outstanding balances.
Termination of Services
Service may be terminated by either party on giving at least 30 days notice to the other expiring on the last day of the Initial Contract Term or at any time thereafter.
If we give notice you shall pay all charges up to the expiry of the notice. If you give notice, you shall pay all charges up to the end of your current contract.
Upon termination of services any content, hosting or other materials may be removed permanently from our servers.
Website Hosting
Zafyna may temporarily suspend for the purpose of repair, maintenance or improvement, part or all of Service, without notice.
Zafyna cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of this service, or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential or special loss.
Zafyna reserve the right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or in any way controversial, and also to terminate any freely hosted services should the necessity arise.

or to maintain or improve the quality of Service to Zafyna's customers.
The client acknowledges that we may use third party servers and other services during the course of supplying services to the client.
Intellectual Property Rights
You shall obtain any and all necessary consents and clearances to enable you lawfully to make use of all and any
intellectual property rights through the Services, including without limitation,
clearance and/or consents in respect of your proposed domain name.
